This coin is a 2017 5 oz.  Republic of Chad Egyptian Relic Series Sphinx Coins *BU grade. This coin is rimless.

Obverse – Right profiled image of Sphinx, with very distinct incuse design features and rough finish giving the appearance of ancient coins that were in circulation and use thousands of years ago.

Reverse – Image of the National Crest of Republic of Chad, which was a landlocked country bordering 6 other nations in Africa, also having incuse designs with engravings identifying the nation of issue, year of issue and face value of coin.
